Jin Y. Kim, DDS, MPH, MS

Dr. Jin Y. Kim is a 1986 graduate of dental school at University of Sydney, Australia. He received specialty training in periodontics at UCLA School of Dentistry. Dr. Kim is board-certified by the American Board of Periodontology (ABP), and the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry (ABOI), making him a unique and rare dual board-certified specialist. He is also a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) and of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID). He holds advanced degrees in pathology, public health, and oral biology, and had been in general practice and academia for nine years prior to embarking on his career in periodontology. He has authored numerous articles and book chapters on innovations in clinical periodontics and implant dentistry.
